After a Bachelor's degree with distinction in Economics and Business at the Cattolica University of Milan, she enters the entertainment world of cinema and home video, working for Universal Studios and Paramount Pictures. Then she worked for more than 10 years as Publishing Editor, Marketing and Business Development Manager in the publishing business: Mondadori Group first and Hachette Group (at present: Hearst) then, for luxury female, male magazines and new launches of magazines. In 2006, Sony Pictures Television gave her the role of Marketing & Sales Director of the TV channel, broadcasted on the Sky platform, scoring so her transition to the television and digital world. She worked with the major international TV content and digital production groups as Zodiak Media, Magnolia and Triboo. She worked also as top manager for Rainbow, a Viacom company, which produces cartoons (Winx Club) and movies. She was in charged of Marketing and licensing business. Entreprenuer and founder of the fashion brand Lovecube.

Graduated in International Marketing at Bocconi University in Milan, he lived in New York where he worked both in marketing consultancy and in communication. Back in Italy he opened his own marketing and communication agency working in very different sectors from industrial products to the fashion industry, from BTB to BTC, with major national and international brands including: Campari, BMW, Coca Cola, Telecom, MSC, Heineken , Sara Lee Corp, LVMH, Coin. In his career he has received numerous international awards for the communication activities realized for his clients. After the company was sold to Publicis Groupe, he became a board member and creative director of one of the group's agencies until he was called by Pasquale Natuzzi to fill the position of Chief Marketing Officer of the Natuzzi group.
